We offers a money back guarantee for the purchase price only (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) of all PacketController Hardware purchased directly from us that have not been used to fulfill a project and that are received back by us within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, as long as original packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation returned.
